I don’t know about you guys but I get into these phases where I become obsessed with something and I won’t let it go until I get tired of it haha. My newest obsession is SMOOTHIES!! 🙂 Everyday for the past week and a half, I’ve been drinking a smoothie about 2 times a day and it has quickly become what I look forward to at the beginning and end of my day. I switch up my “recipe” everyday and use different fruits like blackberries, raspberries, banana, and sometimes oranges if I switch up the base of my smoothie to a juice instead of milk.
The ingredients I used to make this smoothie were:
1 handful of spinach
1-2 cups of fruit (I used strawberries & blueberries)
1 tablespoon of chocolate peanut butter powder (You can use regular pb too!)
1 cup of almond milk
Handful of ice
and that’s it!
This one is my go-to smoothie recipe but nothing beats my favorite of just mixing two bananas with a few chocolate chips, almond milk, and ice!
